By accessing our website, placing an order, submitting a custom project request, or otherwise using our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies referenced within them.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products or services.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Lawful use, meaning you may not use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
Website interference, meaning you may not attempt to disrupt, damage, disable, gain unauthorized access to, or interfere with the website, its servers, accounts, or related systems.
Automated use, meaning you may not use automated tools, scraping technologies, bots, or similar methods to access or copy website content without our permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
Misrepresentation, meaning you may not impersonate another person or business or provide false or misleading information when placing an order or communicating with us.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or when necessary to protect our website, customers, business, or legal rights.

The Pit Stop offers automotive parts, accessories, upholstery products, custom-fabricated components, personalized products, and related services. Product availability, specifications, materials, designs, finishes, colors, dimensions, compatibility, and other details may vary by product.
Product information, including descriptions, specifications, photographs, dimensions, and other details, is provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes, materials, screen displays, photography, or product revisions.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We may modify, discontinue, limit, or replace products or services at any time without prior notice.
Product revisions may be made to improve fit, function, appearance, manufacturability, durability, or compatibility. Updated versions may differ slightly from photographs or previously produced versions.
Vehicle compatibility and fitment may depend on vehicle configuration, model year, modifications, installation methods, or other factors specific to the customer’s vehicle.
Custom services may require additional information, measurements, photographs, artwork, vehicle details, approvals, or other customer-provided information before production can begin.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product information and to update product details when necessary.
CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Certain products and services offered by The Pit Stop are custom, personalized, made-to-order, or produced specifically for a particular customer, vehicle, application, or project.
Customer-provided specifications, including measurements, vehicle information, colors, materials, logos, artwork, photographs, dimensions, and other customization details, must be accurate and complete.
Approvals and proofs, when provided, are the customer’s opportunity to review and approve details such as layout, spelling, colors, dimensions, artwork placement, design, or other specifications before production begins.
Changes after approval or production begins may not be possible and may result in additional charges, delays, or the need to remake part or all of the product.
Production variations may occur due to differences in materials, manufacturing processes, embroidery, stitching, fabrication, screen displays, dye lots, textures, finishes, or other characteristics inherent to custom production.
Vehicle-specific products are produced based on the information, templates, measurements, or specifications available for the stated vehicle or application. Modifications to a vehicle may affect fitment.
Production time for custom or made-to-order products may vary depending on product complexity, material availability, workload, customer approvals, and other production requirements.
Because custom and made-to-order products are produced specifically for the customer, they may be subject to different cancellation, return, refund, or exchange conditions than standard stocked products. Applicable conditions are described in our Return & Refund Policy and any product-specific terms provided before purchase.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices for products and services are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, fees, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
Product pricing is based on the price displayed at the time an order is placed, unless a different price has been provided through a custom quote or written agreement.
Custom quotes may include product cost, labor, materials, customization, design work, fabrication, shipping, taxes, or other applicable charges.
Payment authorization is required before an order is considered accepted or production begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Taxes may be added where required by applicable law and will be calculated during checkout or included in a custom invoice where applicable.
Shipping charges may be calculated separately based on the product, destination, shipping method, package size, weight, or other fulfillment requirements.
Pricing errors may occasionally occur. If a product or service is listed at an incorrect price, we may correct the error and contact you before processing or fulfilling the order.
Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment processors. The Pit Stop does not necessarily receive or store complete payment card information.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION
Submission of an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance by The Pit Stop. We reserve the right to review, accept, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.
Order acceptance may depend on product availability, payment authorization, customer-provided information, vehicle compatibility, customization requirements, and our ability to complete the requested work.
Order confirmation or payment processing does not prevent us from contacting you if additional information, clarification, approval, or corrections are required before production or fulfillment.
Customer-requested cancellations should be submitted as soon as possible. Cancellation availability depends on whether the order has entered production, materials have been ordered or cut, customization has begun, or the product has already shipped.
Custom and made-to-order products may become non-cancellable once production, fabrication, embroidery, upholstery work, material cutting, or other customer-specific work has begun.
The Pit Stop may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, required customer information is not provided, a pricing or listing error occurs, the requested work cannot reasonably be completed, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue an appropriate refund for amounts paid for the cancelled portion of the order, except where non-refundable custom work, materials, design services, or other charges have already been incurred and were disclosed to the customer.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship products using third-party carriers and, for certain products, third-party fulfillment providers. Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, package size, weight, availability, and fulfillment requirements.
Processing and production times vary by product. Custom, personalized, fabricated, embroidered, upholstered, or made-to-order products may require additional production time before shipment.
Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Shipping addresses must be complete and accurate. Customers are responsible for reviewing the shipping address provided at checkout or on an invoice before the order is shipped.
Address changes requested after an order has entered fulfillment may not be possible. Additional shipping or rerouting charges may apply where permitted.
Tracking information may be provided when available. Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may not appear immediately after a shipping label is created.
Third-party fulfillment may be used for certain products. In those cases, customer and order information may be provided to the fulfillment provider as necessary to produce and ship the order.
International shipments, if offered, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If an order arrives damaged, appears to have been lost in transit, or contains a shipping-related issue, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with the order number and relevant photographs or information so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any rights or remedies available to the customer under applicable law remain unaffected.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and any product-specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
Standard products may be eligible for return or exchange if they meet the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products may have limited or no return eligibility because they are produced specifically for the customer, vehicle, application, or project.
Used, installed, altered, damaged, or incomplete products may not be eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law or where the issue results from an error by The Pit Stop.
Return authorization may be required before sending a product back. Products returned without prior authorization may be delayed or refused where permitted.
Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
Refund timing may vary depending on the payment method, financial institution, product inspection, or other processing requirements.
If there is a conflict between this section and our separately published Return & Refund Policy, the more specific terms provided in the Return & Refund Policy will govern, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
PRODUCT FITMENT, INSTALLATION, AND USE
Many products sold by The Pit Stop are designed for specific vehicles, configurations, applications, or installation methods. Proper fitment and function may depend on vehicle condition, modifications, production tolerances, customer-provided information, and installation quality.
Vehicle compatibility should be reviewed before purchase. Customers are responsible for confirming that the product is appropriate for their specific vehicle, model, configuration, and intended use.
Vehicle modifications may affect fitment, clearance, alignment, wiring, mounting, or product performance, even when a product is designed for the same general vehicle platform.
Professional installation may be recommended or required for certain products. Customers are responsible for determining whether they have the tools, knowledge, and experience necessary to install a product safely and correctly.
Installation instructions, when provided, are intended as general guidance and may not address every vehicle variation, modification, or installation condition.
Electrical and mechanical products must be installed using appropriate wiring practices, hardware, protection devices, torque specifications, and safety procedures applicable to the vehicle and product.
Improper installation or use may cause damage to the product, vehicle, property, or other components and may affect return, warranty, or support eligibility where permitted by law.
Inspection after installation is the customer’s responsibility. Products should be inspected for proper fit, secure mounting, clearance, wiring, and function before the vehicle is operated.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that purchased products are installed and used in a safe and appropriate manner and in compliance with applicable vehicle, road-use, safety, and regulatory requirements.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the content available through our website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product designs, artwork, layouts, videos, downloadable materials, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to The Pit Stop and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Permitted use, meaning you may view and use website content for personal, non-commercial purposes related to evaluating or purchasing our products and services.
Unauthorized copying or reproduction of website content, product photographs, graphics, logos, designs, written materials, or other protected content is prohibited without prior written permission.

Customer authorization, meaning you represent that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or authorization to provide and use any submitted materials for the requested product or service.
Intellectual property responsibility remains with the customer for materials they submit. Customers should not provide copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected materials unless they are authorized to use them.
Production use, meaning you authorize The Pit Stop to reproduce, resize, digitize, modify, convert, crop, position, or otherwise prepare submitted materials as reasonably necessary to complete the requested product or service.
File quality and accuracy are the customer’s responsibility. Low-resolution, incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable files may affect the appearance or quality of the finished product.
Proof approval, when a proof or sample is provided, constitutes approval of the submitted design, layout, spelling, placement, size, color, and other visible details shown in the proof.
Refusal of submitted content, meaning we may decline to produce content that we reasonably believe infringes third-party rights, violates applicable law, or is otherwise inappropriate for production.
The customer is responsible for claims arising from materials they provide to us where the customer did not have the necessary rights or authorization to use those materials.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website and business operations may rely on third-party service providers to support website hosting, payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, communications, analytics, and other business functions.
Website and commerce services, including Squarespace, may provide hosting, checkout, account, commerce, and related website functionality.

Fulfillment providers, including Printful where applicable, may receive customer and order information necessary to produce, package, and ship certain products.

Improper installation or use, including modification, misuse, unauthorized alteration, or use of a product outside its intended application.
Violation of law or third-party rights, including use of our website, products, or services in a manner that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
Violation of these Terms, including conduct that breaches any obligation or restriction described in these Terms.
We reserve the right to participate in the defense of any claim subject to indemnification under this section and to require reasonable cooperation in resolving such claims.
Governing Law
